4. Gosturizmkurortov accordance with its tasks :.
1 ) is involved in the drafting of regulations in the tourism and resort industry ,.
2 ) implement measures to improve tourism and resort infrastructure, development of market relations in this area, as well as developing proposals for improving the financial and economic standards, the system of financing of subjects of tourist activity ,.
3) participates in the development and enforcement of national programs for tourism development , tourism and recreation areas , the market of tourist services, safety and security of tourists .
4) defines the vision and direction of domestic and international tourism , strengthening of material base of tourism and resort industry ,.
5 ) ensures that the inter-sectoral coordination and functional regulation in the tourism industry ,.
6 ) is involved in the creation and development of science and information and advertising to ensure the tourism industry ,.
7) promotes within its competence, development and implementation of central and local executive authorities of measures to develop tourism and resort industry ,.
8 ) participates in the development of international agreements on tourism and resort business , prepare proposals for their detention and denunciation, and on behalf of the ILC enters into such contracts and provides for their execution .
9) provide for cooperation with international tourist organizations and relevant bodies of foreign countries participating in international programs, study and analyze the experience of foreign countries in the development of tourism and resort industry ,.
10 ) coordinates and organizes the implementation of Euro-Atlantic jobs in tourism and resort industry ,.
11) is in accordance with established procedure, proposals to simplify procedures for obtaining visa documents for travel customs, border and other controls shall , within its competence measures to protect the rights of foreign tourists in Ukraine and Ukrainian citizens, who exercise for tourist travel border ,.
13 ) is developing proposals to increase revenues, growth potential of tourism enterprises and sales volume of domestic tourism product in foreign markets, changes in the terms of taxation and currency regulation , the definition of the features of privatization and restructuring of these enterprises , de-monopolization of the industry,development of the production of souvenirs ,,
12 ) examines the demand for specialists and submits proposals to provide employment in the tourism and resort industry is taking steps to training, retraining and skills upgrading for the industry ,.
14 ) reacts in matters of state policy in tourism and resort industry with business entities, their associations and other organizations , including the public ,.
15) exercise within the confines of the ILC , the management of state property in the tourist industry , which belong to the management of the ILC ,.
16) is the proposal to implement the functions of technical regulation and development of technical regulations , the provision within its competence, work towards standardization and conformity in the tourism industry ,.
17) defines a category of objects of tourist infrastructure .
