Administration building of the Voronezh region .

Originally intended to construct a building with about 16-18 floors. Its total height of the spire was to be 103 meters . On the spire had to accommodate the star . The building is planned to build multi-storey tapering with height. But instead of the tower was built 7-storey building , now occupied by the administration of the Voronezh region.
