The story began college in 1878 in Warsaw, where on the outskirts of the Russian Empire was established railway school .
In 1894 the school moved from Warsaw to Sevastopol.
In the era of Soviet rule in 1932 , on the basis of this educational institution was established railway technical school .
In 1947 the college moved to Simferopol, and after 7 years - in 1954 he acquired its present name - Simferopol Railway College .
