Monument to Alexander Pushkin is situated so that the poet is to the building of City Hall back. Here the point is that according to legend, City Hall has refused to allocate funds for the construction of the monument.Then the inhabitants of the city , having decided that the monument still be built at his own expense and set it so that Pushkin is back to the municipality , thus expressing their contempt for the authorities.
