International Airport Kiev ( Zhulyany ) - the oldest passenger airport of the capital of Ukraine. The airport was established early last century on the basis of a military airfield near the small village Juliani . Today this place is located near the center of Kiev.
The first scheduled passenger flight landed at the airport carried Kiev Juliani May 25, 1924 . This date is the official date of birth of the airport.
In the first half of 2009 was the reconstruction of the runway , after which the airport was able to take such heavy aircraft as the Boeing 737 and Airbus A320.However, due to the fact that the old airport passenger terminal has the required level, basically here is transmitting aircraft for domestic flights and international connections through Boryspil International Airport, which is the air gateway to the capital.

CS MA Kiev ( Juliani ) is located 8 kilometers from the center of Kiev.Getting to the airport is rather convenient and easy.
