Lviv Institute of Banking of the National Bank of Ukraine - university in Lviv.
It was founded May 10, 1940 as Lviv Financial and Economic College on the basis of economic Lyceum for Women The Queen Jadwiga , which had existed since 1887.During the Great Patriotic War College ceased operations and has restored its October 24, 1944 .
November 5, 1948 College called Lviv financial- credit college and was transferred to the Ministry of Finance of the USSR.September 4, 1954 College moved from the subordination of the USSR State Bank as accounting and credit college. December 12, 1991 at the College passed the subordination of the National Bank of Ukraine and Lvov , he was named College of Banking.
June 14, 1995 changed the name of the institution in Lviv Banking College of the National Bank of Ukraine.Decisions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of January 28, 2000, the National Bank of Ukraine of 17 February 2000 on the basis of Lviv Banking College created Lviv Banking Institute of the National Bank of Ukraine.
