Central Station Stuttgart is located in the immediate vicinity of the pedestrian zone. Station has 16 platforms , an underground station for high-speed trams, as well as a large subway station. This place is a hub of the transport system of the city.In 2010, the construction of a new station , called the project Stuttgart 21, causing unrest in the city.
