In the late 1940s, the Tretyakov Gallery and the Russian Museum in Leningrad, Lvov Picture transferred a large number of paintings by Russian artists ( Ilya Repin, Isaak Levitan , Ivan Aivazovsky, Vereshchagin , KAKorovin and others ), so that the gallery has several halls of Russian art.
