Surviving the southern part of the most ancient of worship in the White Church ( surviving ) - a small Church of St. Nicholas , founded by Hetman Ivan Mazepa in 1706 as an original touch to a large, unfinished architectural complex . This little church at one time was the repository of many treasures of Orthodoxy .
